You get in touch

Tell us about your parent's device and situation. We'll confirm eligibility and walk you through what's involved — no obligation.

In-person setup visit

We visit your parent's home in person. We explain what we do in plain language, get their agreement, and configure the device completely.

Ongoing protection

Many threats are blocked automatically. Most issues are resolved remotely. If something serious happens, we call you before you have to ask.

Every month you receive a clear summary — green means all clear, amber means something to note, red means we've already called you.

We work inside seniors' homes with access to their devices. We take that responsibility seriously — in how we hire, how we operate, and what we commit to in writing.

Screened & verified

All representatives hold a current National Police Check before conducting any home visit. You are inviting us into your parent's home — we hold ourselves to the same standard required of anyone working with elderly clients.

Protection, not surveillance

Sponsors receive security event summaries — not a window into their parent's private life. Your parent's autonomy and dignity are non-negotiable. We will not enable misuse of this service.

In person first, always

Every new engagement begins with a face-to-face visit. We introduce ourselves to your parent, explain what we do, and earn their trust before we touch their device.

Clear written agreements

A plain-language service agreement defines exactly what we do, what we don't do, and what happens if something goes wrong. No small print that contradicts the headline promise.

We call you. You don't chase us.

If something significant happens on the device, you hear from us before you have to ask. Every red-status event triggers a phone call to you or your nominated contact. Monthly reports are proactive, not reactive.
